Rest in the Storm

God gave me this very simple song in 2017 as a prophetic expression of that which is coming on the earth and a warning to take cover in Him, while responding to Him accurately. The Lord Jesus said in Rev 3:10 “Because you have kept my command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Yes the storm is coming, the waves of darkness are gathering already and the floods are raging already by the workings of the dragon who spewed water out of its mouth to drown the woman who gave birth to the male Child, but we have been given divine coverage in the Salvation, Strength, the Kingdom of our God and the Power of His Christ which will also come to each one as each individual step into the place set up for them for their rest and nourishment (The Wilderness). What is coming is not to destroy us but to test our hearts and faith in the place of rest and our accurate response to God alone is key to overcoming the enemy by the reality of the Blood of the Lamb, the words of our testimony and we not loving our lives to the death. For once again, God Himself will shake the heaven and the earth so that only that which is eternal will remain. (He 12:26-27, Haggai 2:6) The song is as simple as it was given, but the message is sure and will not fail.
